A master storyteller born in Ireland and based in Brooklyn, Connolly is the kind of guy you want to find yourself sitting next to at a pub, a wedding, or even a funeral. On The Patience of Trees, Connolly’s ninth album , his songs are slow-simmered, rich with family histories, and woven with a golden thread of dark Irish humor. Connolly tours the world and also presides over Big City Folk, an NYC songwriter’s collective that pops up in pubs and cultural centers several times per month. We're excited to host Connolly for the first concert of our 10th year of live music at the Ross Farm! Seating is extremely limited. A lifelong soul-stirring vocalist, his aim is to marry old and new while delivering audiences a performance that is truly unique and memorable. His style is an infusion of vintage soul, folk and rhythm and blues rolled into a velvety serenade. In 2015, Joe Cirotti, Mike Alexander, and Pete Lister’s respective multi instrumentalist upbringings fused with a collective passion for the roots of American folk, country, and bluegrass music. In this way the trio’s bond is rooted in proximity, strengthened by a blue-collar passion for picking, and buoyed by their shared propensity for cigarettes and whiskey. Timmy Coyle has filled in for Mike since 2021 on multiple instruments, and they now occasionally play in tandem when the band plays as a quartet. We're pleased to welcome Joe Cirotti and the band back after wowing us at FarmFest last year, and excited to hear them in the historic Ross Farm barn! Seating will be provided.

In 2020, Jackie released her studio album Vintage Machine, her first studio follow up to 2019's Joy. East Tennessee natives Laurel Wright and Wes Lunsford are influenced by timeless treasures like Patsy Cline, Bonnie Raitt, Glen Campbell and Chet Atkins. The duo’s unique sound has resonated with audiences around the globe as live performances have become stages from which The Young Fables discuss themes and topics typically saved for the therapy couch. Strong advocates for mental health awareness, The Young Fables are focused on helping to erase the stigmas surrounding the topic.
